C5-03 from Nokia that allows you to plan a travel itinerary and synchronize your phone via your computer using the Nokia Maps on Ovi. Then you can navigate to the correct destination using the on-screen maps that provide turn-based support on the fly.

It is easy to plan a complete path and travel with your computer, then sync them to your trip and is ready to go.
