
For the first time Dell launches laptop with native support for 3D, both on screen and graphics card. The new 3D 17-inch XPS 17 is directed to a superb mobile entertainment Nvision Nvidia 3D glasses, which must be purchased separately though.
The XPS 17 with 3D display is equipped with NVIDIA GeForce GT 555 million to provide the muscle to generate 3D stereoscopic images of high rates enough to play high-definition quality. The laptop has NVIDIA’s Play 3DTV Software, which allows gamers and movie buffs to connect their laptop XPS with an HDTV 3D supports 3D playback and enjoy Blu-ray or playing 3D PC games. The XPS 17 is driven by the latest Intel Core i7 Sandy Bridge.
